Franc brings extensive hospitality expertise to the group, beginning his journey in a family restaurant kitchen before discovering his true passion for front-of-house operations. His career path took him from New Haven, Connecticut to New York City, where he managed some of the city's most established restaurants and led the opening of four successful dining establishments.

After relocating to the Hudson Valley, Franc joined the hospitality group, where he oversees the staffing needs across all properties. His true passion lies in staff development and training, where he excels at recognizing untapped potential and nurturing talent. Under his guidance, the group has successfully staffed multiple restaurant openings while building a reputation for exceptional service standards throughout the organization.

Franc's greatest pride comes from seeing team members grow professionally—many starting with no prior experience and developing into accomplished hospitality professionals and managers. His people-first approach to staffing and operations has been instrumental in cultivating the warm, attentive service that distinguishes each of the group's establishments.
